Diabetic foot care
improve the quality of life
Diabetic patients often face various health complications, including foot problems. In fact, foot care is one of the most important aspects of diabetes management due to poor circulation and nerve damage which may cause a loss of sensation in the feet, making it hard to detect various foot problems.

What we do
Foot care should be an essential part of daily diabetes management. Patients should inspect their feet daily, moisturise them often, and avoid walking barefoot. It is also important to maintain good blood sugar control, wear comfortable shoes that fit well, and check the insides of shoes for any foreign objects or signs of wear. Patients should inform their doctor of any foot problems such as swelling, redness, or sores, and schedule regular check-ups with a podiatrist to ensure that their feet stay healthy. Taking care of one’s feet can prevent serious and long-term complications and improve the quality of life.
